Although we carry the most common types of bottom garage door seals (vinyl and rubber) and the aluminum retainers that hold them, keep in mind that some seals are specific to the brand and model door you may have.
If you can e-mail us with pictures of your door and gap, or bring in some pictures, we can offer you our opinion.
Keep in mind that these seals will help with some variance in your floor levels, but if the slope is too severe, you may have to fix the concrete to get a good seal.
If you have a Chamberlain Whisper Drive and it’s beeping, it’s probably the battery back-up system.
That is the only part of the opener that causes the unit to beep when they go bad.
There are several different batteries depending on what generation of whisper drive you have.

All garage door keypad coding sequences are different.
If you can find the make and model of both the keyless entry pad itself, and the garage door opener, we can probably help you over the telephone.
A keypad should not lose its code when the battery goes dead, or it’s replaced.
It is possible that a garage door keypad can go gone bad. If that is the case, most of the time only the keypad needs to be replaced, not the entire opener.
